MUSKEGON, Mich. – The Lakes Mall in Muskegon has a new owner.
CBL & Associates announced that they have sold The Lakes Mall and Fashion Square Mall in Saginaw to a private buyer for $66.5 million.
The company says they have been transforming their portfolio of properties since April 2014 and have now completed transactions on “11 lower-productivity regional malls.”
Operations at the mall are not expected to change.
The mall opened in 2001. CBL & Associates is located in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
