INGHAM COUNTY, Mich. — Officers are looking for a 71-year-old black man last seen around 2:30 Saturday morning.
They say Joseph Shane may be around the 700 block of Armstrong Road in the city of Lansing.
He was last seen wearing a brown Carhartt hat and brown Carhartt jacket.
Police say Shane does have medical issues.
