Michigan Blood needs your help! They're asking you to consider donating during their annual Love Michigan Blood Drives this weekend.
During the summer, there's more need for blood donations than any other time of the year. Their current need is for type O negative because it is considered a universal donor, but they're accepting everyone who's willing to donate.
You can donate at Grandville United Methodist Church on 3140 Wilson Ave SW Thursday, June 30 from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
You can also donate at the Grand Rapids Donor Center located on 1036 Fuller Ave NE at the following times:
- Thursday, June 30, 9 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Friday, July 1, 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
- Saturday, July 2, 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
- Monday, July 4, 8 a.m.- 4 p.m.
