GLENDALE, Mich. — Two young men killed in a traffic crash over the weekend have been identified by police.
The Van Buren County Sheriff's Department told FOX 17 Tuesday that dental records had to be used to identify the two men killed in the fiery crash on M-43 early Sunday morning.
The men were identified as 27-year-old Casey Aaron Donald Snyder from Clare and 20-year-old Quinten Reed Greiner from Midland. Police say the families of both men have been notified.
While police are still waiting on toxicology results from the crash, the medical examiner ruled that both men died as results of injuries sustained in the crash.
The deadly crash happened early Sunday morning on M-43 was closed down between 46th St and 50th St.
Police on horseback and in helicopters scanned the surrounding area to see if anybody else was involved in the crash. Nobody else was found at the time.
The incident remains under investigation.
