NORTON SHORES, Mich. - Tuesday marked the third anniversary of the last day anyone heard from Jessica Heeringa.
Heeringa was last seen on the night of April 26, 2013, working alone at the Exxon gas station on Sternberg Road in Norton Shores, just before closing. She has not been seen since. No one has been arrested.
"I don’t know if you ever can fully process it, " said Jessica's grandmother. " {It} gets very frustrating and the more I think about it the more frustrated I am."
Earlier this month, the TV show "Disappeared" on the Investigation Discovery channel featured Jessica. Norton Shores Police Chief Jon Gale tells the Associated Press that the department did get calls after the April 11 broadcast, but nothing significant. You can watch "Somebody's Watching" at this link.
The reward for information that would help solve the case has reached $21,000.
The Find Jessica Heeringa Facebook page has nearly 30,000 followers and family monitors the page looking for new leads and tips into Jessica's whereabouts or what happened to her.
