GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A man accused of peeping in Grand Rapids windows last fall has been sentenced.
Xavier Davis was sentenced to three months in jail for Disorderly Conduct and 30 months of probation for Operating as a Security Guard without a license in Kent County Circuit Court Tuesday.
Police say Davis was looking into windows of an address in the 1100 block of East Fulton Street between Sept. 11 and Oct 4.
