BATTLE CREEK, Mich – The Lakeview School District has canceled school for Monday after threats were made on social media.
Battle Creek Police are looking into the credibility of the profanity-laced threats posted on Facebook, which mentioned bombs and guns. A number of concerned parents contacted police after seeing the threats being shared.
It is still early in the investigation, but dispatchers tell FOX 17 that the school district is handling the matter.
