NORTON SHORES, Mich. – Norton Shores Police are looking for the suspect in an armed robbery from overnight.
Police say the robbery happened about 11:30pm Wednesday at Seaway Liquor at 770 W. Summit. The suspect allegedly came into the store with a black handgun and demanded money in a calm voice. The suspect is described as a black male with a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt under a black coat. He was also wearing a baseball cap, black gloves, blue jeans and dark-colored shoes.
The male employee gave the suspect an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect reportedly fled north on Sheffield to a parked car.
