WEST MICHIGAN – The U.S. Marshals Western Michigan Fugitive Task Force is looking for tips in the continued search for a pair of West Michigan’s Most Wanted.
Gerald Ray Wilkins, 59, has avoided arrest since violating his parole in early December. His record with the Michigan Department of Corrections details past convictions including felony assault, retail fraud, check fraud, credit card fraud, breaking and entering and smuggling contraband into a prison in the late 80’s.
Wilkins is 5’10”, 165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He also goes by several aliases, including Baron Higgs, James Russell, Otis Wilkins and Paul Mitchell.
Wilkins also has several tattoos, including a snake on his left forearm and “Player” on his right forearm.
Marquita Antoinette Zolicoffer, 31, has avoided arrest since November. She’s also wanted for violating her probation.
Zolicoffer’s criminal record with the Michigan Department of Corrections includes past convictions for cocaine possession.
The 31-year-old is 5’2″, 126 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. She also goes by the name Marquita Reynolds. She has tattoos on the back of her neck and on her right arm that says “Will” with a heart and a rose banner.
