Convicted meth maker caught by federal authorities in Indiana

KENDALVILLE, Indiana – A fugitive featured on West Michigan’s Most Wanted has been arrested in Indiana about six months after violating his parole.

Timothy Pethers, 35, was taken into custody by task force officers with the U.S. Marshals Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force.  Peters was a target of the Western Michigan Task Force after violating his parole in August 2015.

Pethers was arrested in Kendalville, Indiana.  Details of the capture weren’t immediately disclosed.

Pethers was paroled out of Isabella County after serving time for manufacturing and possessing methamphetamine.  Pethers also has a prior conviction of armed robbery on his record.

Pethers is currently being held in the Noble County Jail in Albion, Indiana, awaiting extradition to Michigan.
