HART, Mich. -- A brand-new brewery is set to open its doors this weekend, and it is already bringing big attention to a small community.
It is called Big Hart Brewing Co., located right off of US-131 in Hart. The main goal of this new destination in Oceana County is to provide the best beer available, while supplementing the brews with fresh, local food.
A glance at the official website gives craft beer enthusiasts an idea of what to expect as the brewery opens its doors this weekend. Styles include mainstays such as a double IPA and an imperial stout, but a closer look also shows creativity and history lessons will be flowing in a big way at Big Hart.
According to the food section on the website, Big Hart's menu will "feature an eclectic mix of American regional cuisine, featuring products from local growers and producers."
