ALLENDALE, Mich. – As the March 8 Michigan Presidential Primary gets closer, candidates are starting to head our way.
Gov. John Kasich, fresh off a second place finish in the New Hampshire primary, will be visiting Grand Valley State University Monday, February 15. He’ll be appearing at the Kirkhof Center at 9:45am. The event is a Town Hall format and is open to all students and the public.
The event is being organized by the GVSU College Republicans.
Kasich won second place in Tuesday’s New Hampshire’s primary, breaking out from a pack of traditional, establishment candidates. Kasich has refrained from engaging in many of the sharp attacks that have dominated much of the discourse between his competitors.
