BIG RAPIDS, Mich. – The Osceola Prosecutor dropped charges last week against a man charged with CSC with a child.
Francis Brent Mallo was charged in December of 2013 for an alleged assault that happened in his foster home in Evart, Michigan. Friday, January 15, Tyler Thompson, the Osceolo County Prosecutor dismissed the charges without prejudice, which according to Thompson, means they can be re-filed at any time.
Mallo’s trial was supposed to start in February, but that will not occur.
