GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.– You see them at every sporting event and they always know how to get the crowd going.
Mascots are the underrated guys on the field or court; I wanted to know what it took to become a mascot.
From learning the dance skills, to shooting a basket, I was joined by the Grand Rapids Drive’s “Bucket’s” and learned some mascot skills.
After learning the skills, I got to put them to the test by throwing on the old, Hoopy costume and running through a mascot gauntlet!
