GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – The Signature Chefs Auction Monday night broke new records and raised $330,000 for the March of Dimes.
This was the first year the event beat the $300,000 mark. Over 800 people took part in the event that was held at DeVos Place, including 11 new restaurants and 11 new companies.
Restaurants also competed for some honors at the event:
- Best Plate Presentation: Charley’s Crab
- Best Booth Design: San Chez Bistro
- Best Taste: Rockwell
- Top Signature Chef: Lakehouse
- Peoples Choice Award: Amore
