HUDSONVILLE, Mich. — A disabled train blocked several railroad crossings in Hudsonville in the early morning hours of Tuesday.

The 9,000-foot long train broke down and blocked the crossings at School Avenue, 36th Avenue, and 40th Avenue north of Chicago Drive.

Dispatchers say the train was an industrial train and not used for passengers.

It was repaired and sent on it’s way before 5:30 a.m.
