CALEDONIA, Mich. — A 23-year-old Caledonia woman has diedafter a crash Sunday in the area of 108th Street and Hanna Lake Avenue.
Alexandria Rogers was driving north when her vehicle was hit by a minivan. She was taken to the hospital by Aero Med.
The Kent County Sheriff’s Department confirmed Tuesday that Rogers died as a result of her injuries. She wasn’t wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to the report released by police.
The driver and passenger in the minivan were not injured. A 2-year-old in the van sustained minor injuries.
Investigators don’t believe alcohol played a factor but are working to learn if an unknown medical condition might’ve led to the crash.
