GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-Karly of the Kent County Animal Shelter joined Fox 17 news Tuesday morning. Karly explained how they are seeing an abnormally high number of cats and dogs available right now. The Kent County Animal Shelter is located at 740 Fuller Street NE in Grand Rapids.
