IRVINE, Calif. — “Are you kidding me?” That was the response of YouTube user CalicoStrike in a video posted September 18.
In the opening moments of the dash video, a small plane zips across the screen in an intersection. Later, about 50 seconds in the video, the driver comes upon the plane sitting on Red Hill Avenue.
According to the Orange County Register, no one was hurt in the emergency landing. There were no early reports on why the plane, with a student pilot and an instructor, landed on the street.
