SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. — Police have located a teenager they had said was a danger to herself after she removed her tether and went missing early Monday morning.
The 14-year-old was found near her home, according to a release from police Monday.
Police said she was safe and unharmed.
Jennifer Delayna Sprague had removed a probation tether from her body and left her home around 2:00 Monday morning, according to police.
