COLDWATER, Mich. – A 52-year-old West Branch man is in custody for allegedly sexually assaulting a 14-year-old boy.
Michigan State Police stopped the man driving a van near Coldwater at about 2:30am Tuesday. The boy was also in the van. Coldwater Police responded after the trooper learned at the stop that the assault had happened at a local cemetery.
The man’s name has not yet been released.
