GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - Vandals painted windows and walls of Southeast Kelloggsville Elementary School sometime over the weekend.
Summer school is in session and blinds have been drawn so students aren't exposed to the messages Monday. Crews were scheduled to be there Monday to power wash the messages away.
Police are still investigating.
