MONTCALM COUNTY, Mich.--Classic cars, retro tunes, and cancer research.
Normally, they might not go together, but that's exactly what an event in Edmore is looking to do. The second annual Let's 'Twist Out' Cancer event will be held Saturday, July 25th from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
It's a free event with free parking, and offers live music, a 5/10K run, and a hula hoop contest during the day.
There's also a classic car show from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., with the first 50 cars getting dash plaques and goody bags.
If you'd like to enter your own classic car, registration begins at noon and costs five dollars. You can call 517-282-4361 if you'd like to pre-register, which waives the fee.
