DETROIT, Mich. — The Detroit mother who killed two of her children and kept their bodies in a freezer was sentenced Friday to life in prison, according to FOX 2 in Detroit.
Mitchelle Blair, 36, previously admitted to killing her 13-year-old daughter Stoni and 9-year-old son Steven. She said she killed them because they sexually assaulted two of her other children.
“I don’t regret none of this… I don’t feel no remorse for the death of them demons,” she said in court, according to FOX 2.
Stoni and Steven’s bodies were found in a freezer in March while Blair was being evicted. Officials believe the children died in 2012 and 2013, according to FOX 2.
