ALLEGAN, Mich. – A former swim coach has been sentenced to probation for a public sexting incident with his wife.
Troy Emmons, 53, was a coach with Michigan Lakeshore Aquatics when he was caught taking a picture of himself exposed while in a Douglas hotel pool. He was sending the photo to his wife.
Emmons was sentenced May 29 to probation and a $1,415 fine. He had pleaded to one charge of attempted aggravated indecent exposure. Prosecutors dropped charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
