MUSKEGON, Mich. — A 19-year-old Whitehall Township man is charged with using his phone to record teenage girls while they changed at a pool party.
According to Muskegon County Assistant Prosecutor Timothy Maat, Mickey James Reilly was charged May 12 with capturing and/or distributing an image of an unclothed person who had a reasonable expectation of privacy.
The charge stems from a May 2014 incident at a pool party where the three teenage girls were changing in a bedroom. Reilly allegedly put his phone on a bookshelf and recorded them without their knowledge, Maat said.
Reilly is scheduled to be back in court May 27.
