WHITEHALL, Mich. — A Whitehall man in being held in the Muskegon County jail after being charged with fourth degree criminal sexual conduct, accused of grabbed a U.S. Postal Worker in a sexual manner while she was on her route.
Arthur Baktamarian, 64, was arraigned Wednesday morning following his arrest on Tuesday. He’s also being charged as a fourth time habitual offender for past unrelated convictions.
The alleged incident happened on April 3 in the area of Livingston and Spring Street in Whitehall, where Baktamarian is accused of grabbing the female U.S. Postal Worker in the buttocks.
Baktamarian remains jailed on an $8,000 bond. His scheduled for a preliminary examination on April 23.
