GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.– A 45-year-old suspect is in custody following a stabbing Tuesday morning.
Grand Rapids Police said happened about 10:00 a.m. near Eastern Avenue and Sherman Street SE.
Police said a male suspect ran out of a house during a domestic disturbance in the 800 block of Sherman, and a fight began in a parking lot at the corner of Eastern and Sherman.
One man stabbed the other, then both ran off, leaving the area where the fight started.
The 52-year-old victim ran down the street, where police say he collapsed in front of a restaurant. The extent of his injuries is unclear.
