VENTURA, Calif. — A pup is being called a hero after apparently saving two struggling swimmers at a California beach.
Affiliate KTLA spoke with the owners of the three-year-old Burmese mountain dog, them saying the dog ran into the ocean after hearing calls for help from a couple that were seemingly stranded in the water.
