GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.- This week’s WMMW Featured Fugitives are a parole absconder on the run for more than six years and a sex offender who has had several warrants for failure to register.
Terrell Lynn Heath is a convicted sex offender who is also in violation of his parole.
Last registered at a house on Division Avenue, authorities believe Heath is still in the Grand Rapids area.
The 29-year-old is 5’11” and 171 pounds with black hair and brown eyes — with both ears pierced and tattoos on his left forearm and wrist.
Heath has been on the run for more than a year — failing to register as a sex offender for his second-degree conviction.
Ricky Martinez has been on the run since July 2008.
He’s a parole absconder who served time for unarmed robbery, drugs, and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
Martinez uses a laundry list of aliases and has several tattoos on his arms.
He’s 43 years old, standing 6’3” and 200 pounds — with brown hair and brown eyes.
