KENTWOOD, Mich. -- Trader Joe's has signed a lease for a location in Kentwood, the company announced Wednesday.
According to a release, the roughly 10,000 square foot space will be located at 3684 28th St., near Centerpointe Mall.
The 10-year lease between Trader Joe's and CWD Real Estate Investment was signed in December, Kepley said.
The store is set to open in late 2015 or early 2016, according to a press release.
