A Fennville High School basketball player sank an unbelievable shot from half-court just seconds before the time on the board ran out Friday night.
With Fennville down, the shot sent the two teams into overtime. Fennville eventually beat out Saugatuck 67-61.
The game is an annual tradition played in honor of Wes Leonard, a Fennville student athlete that died in 2011. Leonard died of an undetected heart condition after hitting a game-winning shot in a postseason basketball game.
