STANTON, Mich. -- Fox17 stopped by Zerka's Party Store in Stanton Tuesday afternoon where the winning ticket was sold. The winner matched five Powerball numbers in Saturday's drawing, worth one million dollars.
Brittany Buchner works at Zerka's Party Store. She told us the ticket was sold on Saturday to a regular customer. "We are excited, the person deserves it, works seven days a week, always has a smile on their face, I hope the money is spent well".
While the lucky winner still has not come forward, other lottery players are to buy tickets. Buchner says," they wish it was their ticket, stuff like that and they want to try for it".
