Mike Scheib is not only a English teacher at Hartland Middle School in Hartland, but he also has a 'teaching' kitchen attached to his regular classroom where he teaches kind of a commercial restaurant experience.
Scheib is this week's Michigan Lottery Excellence in Education Award winner and he has big plans with his check and classroom grant.
