GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.–A man was arrested early Saturday morning after police said he stole more than $1000 worth of cable.

Officers were called to the 900 block of 36th St. SE to an AT&T, where 5-inch diameter cable–apparently as thick as your arm–was taken from the business. The man’s van was apparently found in an adjacent cemetery with the cable inside.

He was charged with larceny, possession of burglary tools, and trespassing. His name hasn’t yet been released.

Police also said a nearby mattress store has recently had issues with someone stealing old mattresses from the business, though it’s unclear if the two crimes are related.
