GRAND RAPIDS, Mich:-- Michigan Department of Transportation spokesperson John Richard explained to FOX 17 News why it took so long to repair a crucial one-thousand foot stretch of cable barriers despite the warm weather this month.
Richard explained that the contractor had to bring in extra equipment to fix a post terminal, and he says if the weather was typically snowy right now, we may have had to wait until spring for the fix.
