HAMPSHIRE, England — Mike Wilson gave his son a 5th birthday to remember, dressing up as Spider Man and jumping off the roof to surprise him.
Wilson’s son Jayden was diagnosed with a Grade 4 Brain Stem tumor, and he says doctors tell him the average survival rate is roughly one year.
“Today he is still with us fighting it all the way, but at least he has Spiderman to take care of him,” the description on Wilson’s video reads.
