WEST MICHIGAN — Another beautiful fall day ahead as clear skies and calm winds bring in a cool but pleasant afternoon. Despite the cold start to the morning where areas north of Interstate 96 fell into the 20’s for early morning low temperatures, the afternoon will warm into the low to mid 50’s.
Temperatures will stay below average Saturday afternoon by five to ten degrees but will still feel warm thanks to calm winds and abundant sunshine. Clear skies and calm winds overnight Saturday will lead to another cool night as overnight lows drop into the mid to upper 30’s but sunshine Sunday afternoon will quickly warm temperatures in the low 60’s.
Rain chances return on Monday ahead of a large system that will move through the Great Lakes. Rain could be heavy at times but any severe weather will stay well to our south Monday and Tuesday.
