GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — What was at one time known as the biggest Broadway flop has since been revived. “Carrie The Musical” got a makeover in 2012 and since has been hitting the stage around the U.S.
Local director Rob Karel has been a fan of the Stephen King classic Carrie for years. When the rights to the show came available, he jumped on the opportunity to bring the musical thriller to Grand Rapids. The show opens tonight with a special midnight performance.
Tickets are available at the Circle Theatre box office.
