GREENVILLE, SC — An Allegiant Airlines flight that left Grand Rapids for Orlando, Florida made an emergency landing in South Carolina yesterday.
The airline said Flight 683 “experienced a cabin pressurization issue approximately two hours after take off. The pilots used their extensive training to safely land the aircraft at the Greenville-Spartenburg airport, while flight attendants ensured the safety and comfort of passengers by assisting passengers with oxygen masks and safety belts.”
Passengers were given hotel accommodations for the night, a refund for their one-way segment and a $200 voucher toward a future flight with the airline.
The flight has been rescheduled to leave Greenville at 11:13 a.m. this morning and arrive in Florida at 12:37 p.m.
No injuries were reported.
