Texas Firefighters finish mowing heart attack victim’s yard

BAYTOWN, TX- Firefighters in a Houston suburb went above and beyond the call of duty on Tuesday, August 26th.

Firefighters from Station 4 in Baytown, Texas responded to a 911 call for a man having a heart attack while mowing his grass, according to the City of Baytown Facebook page. After the man was transported to a local hospital for treatment, the firefighters return to the home and finished mowing the grass for the man.

After locking up the lawnmower, the firefighters left this note.

“We couldn’t be prouder of our guys from Station 4. Our prayers are with the family at this time.” said the City of Baytown on their Facebook page.

The man who suffered the heart attack did not survive.
