KENTWOOD, Mich. — DTE Energy is hoping to fill several customer care representative positions at a job fair on Thursday.
The fair will run from 1-7 p.m. at the Kentwood call center, 4420 44th Street, in suite B. The position will require employees to work in a call center environment and act as an expert spokesperson for the company’s products and services.
The pay will range from $12.20 to $14.50 an hour and a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as two years of experience in a customer contact position.
