LOWELL, Mich. — For 80 years the Kent County Youth Fair has been teaching important life lessons to participants while providing tons of fun for fair goers.

As the 2014 event rolls into it’s final weekend, there’s still plenty of events on the calendar, including karaoke, line dancing, and a field day for kids of all ages.

In addition, the carnival midway remains open, and there are dozens of farm animals to check out and 4-H kids to meet as they feed, water, and groom their animals in preparation for judging and auction.

Friday is also Handi Capable Day, where special needs individuals get to have lunch at 11 then ride the rides from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. If you plan on attending, please register ahead of time.

Admission to the KCYF is free; parking is $6.
