WHITE PIGEON, Mich. — Charles Rusher, 59, has been found after he was previously reported missing on July 23.

Police say he broke into a home Wednesday night and fell asleep on the couch. The homeowner called police just before 8:30 a.m. after finding Rusher.

Police say Rusher was not injured but extremely disoriented and had no knowledge of how he got to the home. Guardianship Alternatives has legal guardianship of Rusher and will take him back to a location in Cass County. The homeowner is not pressing charges.
