GRAND HAVEN, Mich. — Family members of a missing teenage girl are thanking people for their help, as they report that Abbie Rose Miller is now back home.

Miller, 17, had been reported missing on Friday.  The response to the search efforts was immediate, with FOX 17’s Facebook post alone getting over 1,300 shares.

Early Tuesday morning, there were comments in the posting that Abbie may have been found safe.  Soon after, her father posted that she had indeed come home, and thanked everyone for assisting with the search.

Officials believe she had left on her own accord, but it is unclear why she decided to leave.
