GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (June 29, 2014) — The tastes of northern Europe – and sometimes northern Michigan – are coming to the Grand rapids area in July as Silverberry Kitchen opens it’s doors. The pastry shop will feature homemade pastries, waffles and crepes, as well as European-style coffee drinks. But it’s not just about the sweet, diners can also enjoy a traditional pasty for a taste of the U.P.!
Silverberry Kitchen opens to the public July 8th and is located at 4029 Plainfield Ave. NE. Many dishes are gluten-free and all are labeled for allergen content.
