Grand Rapids Township Teenager Has Been Found Safe

GRAND RAPIDS TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Kent County Sheriff’s Department says that the missing teen Alexa Cox-Halsel has been found safe.

Earlier on Friday theKent County Sheriff’s Department  was investigating a missing juvenile.

Alexa Cox-Halsel left her residence in Grand Rapids Township between 11:30 and 11:40 p.m. Thursday.

She is described as a 15-year-old white female, 5-feet-6-inches in height, weighing 120 pounds with shoulder length brown hair and last seen wearing a gray T-shirt and shorts.

It is not believed that foul play is involved.

The teen does not have a history of being a runaway and there are concerns for her well-being.
