BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A devastating fire that struck Lakeview Meadows Apartments on Territorial Road was caught on camera by Ian Hyndman, who posted the video on YouTube.
Explosions, apparently of oxygen tanks inside one or more units, can be heard around :52 and 3:57 and at other times.
Some graphic language can be heard from bystanders.
