LANSING, Mich. (June 13, 2014) – AgriPac, the Michigan Farm Bureau’s (MFB) political action committee, announced its candidate endorsements for the 2014 election year.

In addition to backing Gov. Snyder in his bid for reelection, the PAC announced support for Terri Lynn Land in her U.S. Senate race with Rep. Gary Peters.

In a statement, Land said she was honored to get the support.

“Michigan’s family farms supply top quality produce, cash crops, dairy and other products to people all over the world, thanks to the more than a million Michiganders who work in our agriculture industry,” said Land. “I will be a strong advocate for Michigan agriculture in the U.S. Senate.”

In 2012, MFB backed Sen. Debbie Stabenow in her reelection bid for U.S. Senate.
