KENT COUNTY, Mich. (June 3, 2014) — Kenowa Hills’ High School Class of 2014 President Noah Bekins gave an energetic, encouraging speech before taking his fellow graduates on a final “ride” together.

Bekins uploaded the nearly 10-minute video of the May 28 speech to YouTube Monday.

In the speech, he name-dropps Miley Cyrus, thanks his mom, and encourages his classmates to stay positive in life while cheering on the Detroit Lions.

“If it wasn’t for you, I’d probably be living in a van down by the river,” he says to his mom in the video.

Bekins ends the speech by having his classmates strap in and go on a “roller coaster ride” in front of the rest of the crowd.
